Terms and Conditions Last updated: March 2026 1. General These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through walllandposters.com, operated by Other Nice Stuff, based in the Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. 2. Products Wallland sells custom-designed map posters. Each poster is individually generated based on your chosen location, style, and format, and printed on demand by our printing partner. Because every product is made to order, each poster is unique. Available formats: 30×40 cm, 40×50 cm, and 50×70 cm. Paper types and finishes are described on the product page and in the map creator. 3. Prices and payment All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Payments are processed securely through Mollie. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g. iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact). Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. 4. Order processing and delivery After payment, your poster design is sent to our printing partner for production. Typical production time is 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and is typically 3–7 business days for European destinations. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information when your poster is dispatched. 5. Right of withdrawal Because each poster is custom-made to your specifications, the standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal does not apply to our products. This is in accordance with Article 6:230p(f)(1) of the Dutch Civil Code, which exempts goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery — we will arrange a replacement or refund. 6. Damaged or defective products If your poster arrives damaged or with a print defect, please email us at info@walllandposters.com with: Your order number A clear photo of the damage or defect A brief description of the issue We will review your claim and, if valid, offer a free reprint or a full refund at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. 7. Intellectual property All poster designs, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of Wallland / Other Nice Stuff. Map data is provided by Mapbox and OpenStreetMap contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our designs without written permission. The custom poster you purchase is for personal use only. 8. Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by shipping carriers, or issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong shipping address). Colours may vary slightly between screen display and printed output due to differences in monitors and printing processes. 9. Privacy We handle your personal data with care. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. 10. Applicable law and disputes These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform . 11.
