What data we collect We collect the following information when you place an order: Name, email address, phone number Billing and shipping address Payment information (processed securely by Mollie — we never store your card details) Your map design configuration (location, style, format) When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. 3. How we use your data We use your personal data to: Process and fulfil your order Send order confirmations and shipping updates Handle customer service requests Send our newsletter (only with your consent) Comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax records) 4. Third-party services To fulfil your order, we share necessary data with the following trusted partners: Our printing partner. They print and ship your poster directly to you. Our printing partner receives your shipping address and order details. Our payment processor. They handle all payment transactions securely. Our email service provider. Used to send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates). Our map data provider. Used to generate your poster design. No personal data is shared with them. 5. Data retention We retain your order data for up to 7 years to comply with Dutch tax and accounting regulations. Designs created in the configurator are retained without personal data for a maximum of 90 days to improve our service. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. 6. Cookies This website uses essential cookies required for the site to function, such as login sessions and the shopping cart. Marketing cookies are optional: you can accept or decline them equally easily. Only after you accept marketing cookies, we use Meta Pixel to measure advertising results and personalise advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel is not loaded and no pixel events are sent before you accept. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited receives information such as your IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and page activity. Events include page and product views, poster customisation, adding items to the cart, starting checkout and successful purchases. Shopping events can include poster titles, values in EUR and an order number to avoid counting a purchase twice. Your choice is remembered in this browser. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Choosing Decline stops future Meta Pixel tracking; it does not undo information already sent to Meta.
